In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. These definitions apply throughout the entire document and to all supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the 777cb Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

• "777cb" / "the Platform" Refers to the online gaming platform operating at 777cb.vu, including all associated web pages, mobile interfaces, applications, and backend systems made available to registered players.
• "Player" / "You" Any individual who has registered a valid account on 777cb and meets the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• "Account" The individual player account created upon successful registration, through which all deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonuses are managed.
• "PKR Wallet" The Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a player's Account, used for placing wagers and receiving payouts on the 777cb platform.
• "Bonus Funds" Any non-withdrawable promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts granted to a player as part of a 777cb promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" The total amount a player must wager before Bonus Funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal to real-money PKR balance.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process 777cb conducts to confirm a player's identity, age, and payment method ownership as required by its international licence obligations.
• "Prohibited Conduct" Any action by a player that violates the fair-play standards, fraud prevention rules, or technical integrity policies of 777cb as described in Section 9 of these Terms.

To open a 777cb account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are registering voluntarily as a private individual for your own personal entertainment, and not on behalf of any business entity;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited and where access to 777cb would constitute a legal violation on your part;
• You have not previously had a 777cb account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms;
• You are not acting in any capacity on behalf of 777cb as an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any such person, unless explicitly permitted in writing;
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to notify 777cb promptly of any changes to your registered information.

Registration requires a valid email address and the creation of a secure password. 777cb reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for that decision. By completing registration, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

Only one account per person is permitted. Players found to hold more than one active account — whether registered under the same or different personal details — will have all duplicate accounts permanently closed, all outstanding balances in those accounts forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the 777cb platform.

Your 777cb account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether authorised by you or not. You must not share your login credentials — username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes — with any third party under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact 777cb support immediately at [email protected] so that the account can be secured. 777cb will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their registered contact details — in particular their email address and mobile number — remain current and accurate. 777cb uses these details to communicate account notifications, security alerts, and regulatory disclosures. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may delay time-sensitive account actions including withdrawal approvals and identity verification requests.

777cb accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the player's PKR Wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation from the relevant financial institution, which may take up to two business hours depending on the time of the transaction and the player's bank.

The minimum deposit amount on 777cb is Rs 100. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 777cb, though players should be aware that their payment provider or bank may apply its own transaction limits.

All funds deposited into a 777cb account must originate from a payment method that is registered in the player's own name. Depositing funds from a payment method belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment method without the ability to withdraw any associated winnings.

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section and in Section 6 (KYC & Verification). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, unless the player has completed full KYC verification and explicitly requested an alternative withdrawal channel in writing to 777cb support.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests submitted via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day to clear, depending on interbank processing times.

Funds credited to a player's account from a bonus promotion must meet the applicable wagering requirements in full before they are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds only — real-money balances deposited by the player are not affected.

777cb reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request for the following reasons: pending KYC verification, ongoing investigation into suspected Prohibited Conduct, incomplete account information, or technical processing delays beyond 777cb's control. In all such cases, 777cb will communicate with the player via their registered email address within 24 hours of the delay or decline decision.

777cb is required under the terms of its international gaming licence to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawals above a defined threshold, or at any time the platform's risk-monitoring systems flag an account for review. KYC verification is a standard industry requirement and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

KYC verification requires the player to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence;
• Proof of Age: Satisfied by the identity document above, which must clearly show a date of birth confirming the player is at least 21 years of age;

• Bonus Funds are non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full;

• Any player found to be systematically exploiting promotional structures — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated group play, or patterns designed to guarantee profit regardless of game outcomes — will have their bonus cancelled and may face permanent account suspension.

All wagers placed on 777cb — whether on cricket markets, live casino tables, slot spins, or fishing games — are final and binding once confirmed by the platform's system. Players are responsible for verifying the details of any wager before confirmation. 777cb will not reverse a confirmed wager except where a clearly demonstrable technical error on the platform's part has resulted in an incorrect wager being recorded.

Cricket betting markets on 777cb are settled in accordance with the relevant governing body's official match result. In the event of a match being abandoned, cancelled, or declared void by the relevant cricket board or umpiring authority, affected wagers will be voided and stakes returned to the player's PKR Wallet. 777cb's decisions regarding cricket market settlement are final.

Live casino games operated through Ezugi are governed by the rules of the specific game variant being played, as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, 777cb's system will record the game outcome once the round concludes, and the result will be applied to the player's account as normal. 777cb will not compensate for disconnections caused by the player's own internet connection or device.

Slot and RNG game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) operated by the respective game providers. 777cb does not control or influence slot game outcomes and does not guarantee any particular return to player (RTP) rate on individual sessions. RTP figures displayed in game information panels are long-run statistical averages, not session guarantees.

The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct and are strictly forbidden on the 777cb platform. 777cb actively monitors for all forms of Prohibited Conduct and will take immediate action — including account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds — upon detection:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live poker, live casino, or skill-based games;
• Automated Play: Using bots, macros, scripts, or any form of automated software to place wagers or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies between 777cb markets and other platforms in a manner designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, particularly in conjunction with bonus funds;
• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks with a payment provider after deposits have been wagered on the platform;
• Money Laundering: Using the 777cb platform as a vehicle for laundering funds obtained through illegal activity. 777cb is obligated to report suspected money laundering to the appropriate authorities;
• Underage Registration: Attempting to register an account or play on behalf of a person under the age of 21;
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, false identity documents, or false payment method ownership details during registration or KYC.

777cb is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and responsible gaming environment for every player on the platform. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gaming can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The following tools are available to every 777cb account holder directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your PKR Wallet. Once set, limits can be lowered immediately but can only be raised after a 7-day cooling-off period;

All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777cb shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service, even if 777cb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777cb does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, and events outside 777cb's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. 777cb will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly and will communicate significant outages to players via the registered email address where reasonably practicable.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to limit or exclude 777cb's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

777cb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 777cb reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The player has engaged in or is suspected of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, to other players, or to 777cb's regulatory obligations;
• The player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested by 777cb;
• The player's account has been inactive (no login activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months.

In all cases of termination other than those involving Prohibited Conduct or fraud, any verified real-money balance in the player's PKR Wallet at the time of account closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure decision.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 777cb support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours, and any outstanding real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method.

777cb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects player rights or obligations — 777cb will provide at least 7 days' notice to registered players via their registered email address before the updated Terms take effect.

For minor amendments — such as clarifications of existing provisions, correction of typographical errors, or updates to contact details — 777cb may update the document without prior notice, provided the effective date is updated accordingly. Your continued use of the 777cb platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange voluntary account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777cb holds its international online gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 777cb's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Players acknowledge that online gaming regulations vary significantly between jurisdictions and that it is their personal responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 777cb platform is lawful in their place of residence. 777cb makes no representation that the platform is legal or available for use in any specific country, province, or territory beyond those it expressly serves.
